Sonoma County Premier Soccer
Sonoma County Premier's technical plan is built on the development of core competencies. Our age appropriate development plan gives players, parents and coaches clear goals, consistent evaluation and continuous feedback.
Each season players are given core competency technical goals that are built on from year to year. This plan is shared with parents as we believe that the development of the player takes teamwork between the coach, player and the parent. Sonoma County Premiers clearly defined goals and collaboration with parents and the community is what set's us apart from every other clubs.
