Sonoma County Premier is committed to player education and development on and off the field. Our robust college pathway program offers parents and players a clear understanding of the college application
Sonoma County Premier's technical plan is built on the development of core competencies. Our age appropriate development plan gives players, parents and coaches clear goals, consistent evaluation and continuous feedback.
Each season players are given core competency technical goals that are built on from year to year. This plan is shared with parents as we believe that the development of the player takes teamwork between the coach, player and the parent. Sonoma County Premiers clearly defined goals and collaboration with parents and the community is what sets us apart from every other clubs.
