OUR HISTORY

The Past

The Northern Sonoma County region (Santa Rosa, Windsor, Healdsburg, Geyserville and Cloverdale) has been a hotbed of Competitive Soccer for as long as can be remembered.

In 2015, Petaluma United and Sonoma County Alliance (SCA), the two largest competitive soccer clubs in Petaluma and Windsor, merged to form North Coast Futbol Club (NCFC) under the Petaluma Youth Soccer League (PYSL) umbrella becoming one of the largest competitive soccer clubs in NorCal’s Region 5.

The Path to Becoming Sonoma County Premier

With 26 miles separating the North and South regions of North Coast FC, the two regions were decidedly distinct in their player demographics and management needs.

In order to better service Northern Sonoma County's players, teams and parents, the local management decided to form Sonoma County Premier to provide a tailored program to Northern Sonoma County's needs.  With management, coaching and teams already in place, the transition to Sonoma County Premier was a runaway success.

Our Program Today

Goalie Kick Wide

Our program today offers first class coaching with an experienced professional coaching staff.  We also focus on building a sense of community and family for our youth players.  Growing as players on and off the field makes Sonoma County Premier the complete player development program.
